The Miramar Condo Association Board announces the launch of a new, improved website for Miramar residents and those seeking information about our community. Our website now offers:

  • More user-friendly navigation, with larger type and updated photos.
  • A directory that enables you to connect with your Miramar neighbors.
  • A dual-function approach that offers detailed information pertinent to living in our community, accessible only to our residents, as well as general information about our neighborhood and amenities to those who don't reside at Miramar.

Despite some platform-imposed limitations with layout and design, the new website invites you to engage with us more fully. We aim to stay in touch, and hope you will too, via the website. Some new features of the website include:

  • The ability to easily access important documents, such as our Covenant, Financials and Rules & Regulations.
  • A calendar of events, with links to flyers providing more details.
  • A mechanism for us to send you time-sensitive alerts.
  • A fun and functional pet directory that can help keep your furry friend safe.
  • An interactive forum, much like our Community Bulletin Board at the Clubhouse, that enables you to connect around items for sale, recommendations of service people, etc.
  • A recipe exchange -- the perfect way to share recipes for some of the delectable fare that appears at our potluck events (and your other specialties).

Then all you need to do is create an account, which will give you access to all website features. Please note: Even if you created an account in the past, you must do so again. Our website was cluttered with duplications and listings of those who no longer reside on Miramar Way, thus the data has been wiped clean and we must start again. When you create your account, it is best to include all members of the household, rather than creating duplicate accounts for the same address.

And creating your account couldn't be easier. Simply click register on the prompt at the upper right-hand corner of the site, then enter some basic information about yourself and the other members of your household. Once your account is created, under Member Settings, you can manage your alert settings by accessing the Contact tabas well as set up options under the Privacy tab, based on the information you wish to share with others in our community (your name, address, email, phone number -- any or all). You can also opt to keep your information completely private.
